Billing
Review protection bills, filter by date or status, and pay eligible bills.
Overview
The billing page lists protection bills under your account. Whether a bill is generated and how charges are calculated depend on the plan and final billing data.
Search and Filter
- Keyword: Search by bill ID or protected IP.
- Status: Filter by a status offered by the page.
- Date range: Choose the last 7 days, last 30 days, or a custom range.
Actions
- View details: Open a bill to review its date, protected IP, traffic measurements, bandwidth values, original amount, and amount due.
- Pay: When a bill is eligible, select the payment action to continue to the payment page.
Bill Status
Billed
The bill has been issued and is awaiting payment.
Paid
Payment has completed.
Processing
The bill is being processed.
Waived
The charge has been waived.
Billing Data
The page shows peak traffic, overage bandwidth, original amount, discount, and final amount. Refer to the plan, order, and final bill for the applicable calculation and price.
Empty State
If no bills match the current filters, the page shows an empty state with a refresh action.
