Renew an Instance
Requirements
Active and expired non-subscription instances can be renewed. The instance must not have an unfinished upgrade, expansion, or renewal order, and renewal pricing must exist for its original billing cycle.
Steps
Open the renewal dialog
Open the instance details and select Renew.
Review the renewal details
Check the plan, original billing cycle, current expiry, and base charge.
Choose whether to renew expansions
Include or exclude expansion renewal as needed, and review the expansion details.
Confirm and pay
Review the total, select Renew now, and complete payment.
Active instances
Renewal keeps the original billing cycle and extends from the current expiry. Valid expansions are included by default and can be excluded before payment.
Expired instances
Service restarts after payment. Expired expansions cannot be renewed directly; the page can repurchase the same specifications and quantities used before expiry.
Track the order under Orders. Renewal is active when the order reaches Completed.
